Supported Living of Idaho is seeking experienced Managers to join our family! 

We provide residential habilitation services in the community and homes of individuals with developmental disabilities.

• Provide supervision and direction to staff members working with participants.
• Complete initial and on-going staff training.
• Work direct care shifts as needed.
• Resolve staffing and scheduling issues as needed.
• Review staff time sheets and book work to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure participants are active in the community and are participating in community events on a regular basis.
• Organize details of staffing, finances, scheduling, etc. so activities can occur and be followed through with.
• Assist participants with finances.
• Assist participants with attending meetings and appointments as needed.
• Attend meetings as they are scheduled.
• Be available on-call during business hours, and rotate nights and weekends on-call.
• Maintain open communication with managers, program coordinators, admin, etc.
• Ensure client homes and personal hygiene are being upheld to company standards
• Ensure good quality of life for participants.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Managerial experience
  
• Obtain and maintain CPR/First Aid Training
  
• Obtain certification for medication administration
  
• Maintain a valid driver's license
  
• Maintain insurance on private vehicle
  
• Have reliable vehicle
  
• Scheduling experience preferred
  
• Must be able to pass H&W Background check
  
• (We will assist with obtaining all certifications)
